This was a result of some changes I made to the infrastructure to create a re-usable procedure which shows existing entries.  In trying to make it work with as many different modules, I lost the ability to see the CreatedDate.  I also made a change recently to sort this list alphabetically by title, which seems to make it easier for many to find the page they want to edit. 

I hear what you're saying, though and have added this to my list of TODO items for the Text/HTML provider.
