There's currently no way to add a new item with the Text/HTML module.  This is something we really wanted to include, but there were too many unknown variables for us to go down this road without some kind of additional infrastructure in place.  For example, if I were to add a new Text/HTML item, what would that mean in the context of DotNetNuke?  Would I be adding a new module to an existing page--and if so, which page--or would I be adding a new page, and if so, where would the new page be added and what template would be used to create the new page?  Unfortunately, the Windows Live Writer interface makes it hard to collect this kind of information from the user.

This isn't to say that this feature isn't still on our radar, it's just been put on the back burner while we work to release a few more providers and work with some third parties to release providers for their products. 

If you have some suggestions for how you would like to see this feature eventually implemented, we would love to hear them.
