Hello,
I just bought this module and saw lots of errors in the DNN event log though I did not see any 'serious' errors in Live Writer though the list with categories don't load. I am using News Articles 00.05.79 and metapost 01.02.07.

Hi Mariette,
I imagine this is due to changes Scott has made to the underlying API that I've had to accomodate over the last few revisions. In changing the code to accommodate these changes, I must have created issues for some of these older versions. I'll check to see if I have a 00.05.79 version. If I don't, I may need to contact you to get an install that I can use for testing.
Another possible solution would be to upgrade News Articles if this is an option for you.

OK, I just checked and I have 5.77, 5.78 and 6.0, but not 5.79. Would you mind sending me the PA for 5.79 to don at itcrossing dot com and I will create a build that works with this version.

Sorry for the flurry of responses. I see the issue and I don't think I need 5.79 to create a build that will work for you. When Scott added support for parent categories, I didn't add this new code right. I need to use Reflection so that older versions of the dll will still work. I'll create a new build and send it to you privately.
