Re: [PORTALFILEID=xxx]

Hi Tango,

Sorry for not recognizing you as a Professional Edition customer!  And thanks for posting your workaround.  I'll definitely include an update to this issue in the next release so a workaround like this isn't needed.

Thanks for your help with this Tango!

Don

Re: [PORTALFILEID=xxx]

Hi Don,

thanks for your product and your support.

Please add another fix : when you publish content with WLW you are redirect to the website but the default language is en-US. With magic content I would like fr-fr redirect if I publish french content, and en-us if I publish english content. If I use an text/html content I would like a redirection with browser language detection.

Great regards

Tango (Roland)

Hi Tango,

This is a great idea.  I'll work on getting these two fixes out ASAP.  I'll let you know here when it's complete.

Thanks,

Don

Re: [PORTALFILEID=xxx]

Hi Tango,

I'm probably being really dense, but I can't seem to duplicate either of the issue's you're experiencing.  Here's what I've tried:

Edit page with Windows Live Writer and add an image.

Edit the same page with the Telerik editor online and add an image.

View the page in a browser to see if the image expander still works (it does).

Open the page again in Windows Live Writer to see if I have any problems editing the content.

Also, when I edit pages that use the de-DE locale, I'm taken to the de-DE edition of the page after editing.

What version of metaPost and Magic Content are you using?  I'm using the latest version of metaPost (1.2) along with the 4.0.0.1 version of Magic Content.

Thanks and sorry I'm not able to duplicate this right away!

Don

Re: [PORTALFILEID=xxx]

I think I may have been able to duplicate the issue with [PORTALFILEID=nnn].  I'll keep working on this and let you know what I find.

Thanks,

Don
