I am using Metapost community edition with DNN Blogs and Ventrian News Articles. While it works perfectly with Blogs, WLW can't seem to be able to download the theme of News Article.

 It used to work when it was on the homepage, then I moved the Ventrian module to another page and it stopped working. I have (re)set up my WLW account several times with no luck.

 Yesterday I've installed the latest CTP of WLW and it still works with Blogs but now I get an error message when posting to News Articles. My post stays in the drafts when I want to publish it but still gets published (actually several times since I hit the publish button again and again ;-)

 What am I doing wrong (besides hitting publish too many times :-)

The issue with the News Articles provider was introduced in one of the latest versions of News Articles.  I'm aware off this error affecting 6.05 and 6.06.  We have a fix that will be released in the next release of metaPost which we hope to have released either today or tomorrow.

Regarding the CTP of WLW, thanks for sending us this error message.  We've contacted the Windows Live Writer team through their online forums to let them know that we're receiving this error and to see if changes have been made in the API or if this is just a bug in the CTP.

We'll keep you updated as soon as we find more information.

I heard back from the Windows Live Writer team and they confirmed that changes have been made to the API with the CTP that will require making changes to metaPost. 

Also, I'm in the process of testing the 1.2 version of the Community Edition which I will release as soon as the testing is completed.
